POLICY
Deposits:
At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time. Non-refundable retainers will apply towards the total cost of the session. Payment of the retainer acts as an agreement to all of the Jimmy Visions terms & conditions. The retainer payment must be paid via Card, Cash App, PayPal, or Apple Pay. The remaining balance of the session must be paid via Cash, Card, Cash App, PayPal, or Apple Pay within 24 hours prior to the end time of the session.
Late Policy:
There will be a late fee of $25 applied after 15 minutes of lateness to the session. If a client reaches 30 minutes of lateness, the session will be cancelled. A new booking will be required to reschedule. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.
Non Negotiable:
There will be a travel fee of $25 applied per 20 miles traveled from Newberry, SC for the session. There will be a late fee of $25 applied after 15 minutes of lateness to the session. Jimmy Visions reserves the right to refuse or deny service to anyone at its discretion.
Cancellations:
Session retainers will act as a cancellation fee if you are unable to make your session. If a cancellation is communicated within a minimum of 48 hours of notice, the retainer can be used for a future session booking within 3 months of the original date of the session. If Jimmy Visions cannot perform this contract due to causes beyond the control of the parties, or due to illness or emergency, then the photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client, but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This will also apply in the event that photographic materials are lost or damaged due to technology malfunction, destruction, or theft, Jimmy Visions will not be liable for any amount in excess of all money paid.
Image Policy:
Image proofs are returned to the client within 1-3 business days via pixieset. The client will then favorite a select number of images (the number of images connected to photoshoot collections) to be edited. Once these favorites are made and Jimmy Visions is notified of the favorites, the edited images will be returned within 5 to 7 business days, unless a turbo turnaround package is paid for. Same day edits are also available with a fee. Unedited images will be discarded from our SD cards within 24 hours of the edited images being provided. Jimmy Visions reserves the right to use any and all photographs and visual content captured by Jimmy Visions for marketing, promotional, advertising, social media, website, and portfolio purposes. This applies to all sessions and events photographed/video-graphed by Jimmy Visions, whether services were paid, discounted, or provided free of charge. Please DO NOT tag or mention Jimmy Visions in any non edited photos taken by us, or in any photos taken by us that you edit yourself.
